Medical masks began to be produced in Orenburg

LLC "InvestMedSnab" invested 15 million rubles in the new production. The monthly production volume is now 200 thousand masks, the nearest plan is to reach the volume of 800 thousand. After the opening of the second stage, the production volume will reach 2-2.5 million pieces per month. This is the first and so far the only company producing medical disposable masks in the region.

“We produce masks from spunbond nonwoven material,” explained the General Director of InvestMedSnab LLC. - Our ambitious plan is our own production of spunbond raw materials. In Russia, only 18 companies produce this material, 3 of them in the Volga Federal District. Now we are ready to offer a price for the mask five times lower than the price for sale in a pharmacy (at a cost of a medical mask of 25 rubles per piece). Business should not only bring profit, but also be socially oriented - masks should be available to the population! And in terms of our own production of raw materials, the price will be even lower. The production of medical masks is a process that requires special attention to the safety of materials. We are seriously concerned about the environmental friendliness of the disposable mask material - it is biodegradable for a long time. There are ideas to organize recycling and establish secondary production, for example, covering material for greenhouses. "

The products are ready for delivery within the framework of state purchases, to budgetary organizations, to trade unions, educational institutions, to medical institutions and pharmacies of the Orenburg region, as well as to other constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

A contract has already been signed for the supply of medical masks to the Samara Youth Union.

It is worth noting that the entrepreneur purchased and installed modern Russian equipment through his investments. According to him, in the future, the launch of another line and an increase in the volume of production. The Guarantee Fund of the Orenburg Region approved a loan of 3.5 million rubles to increase production capacity.
