Customers of the Orenburg region have passed advanced training

On March 23, 2023, Orenburg Regional Clinical Hospital No. 2 completed the training of customers of the Orenburg Region in the course "Procurement Management within the framework of 223-FZ". It was organized by the Ministry of Economic Development, Investment, Tourism and External Relations of the Orenburg Region together with RTS Academy LLC.

In order to ensure timely and proper maintenance of the activities of organizations operating under No. 223-FL and to improve the literacy of specialists, 150 customers were trained in an online format and, upon completion of the correspondence part of the course, passed the final certification.

During the face-to-face part, the chief procurement expert of RTS-Tender LLC, Anastasia Maksimenko, told the course participants about changes related to procurement information support with an emphasis on the algorithm of actions for sanctioned customers, procurement from small and medium-sized businesses and much more. According to her, the unified information system is already ready for changes that will come into force on April 1.

A representative of the Committee for the prevention of corruption offenses addressed the customers of the region in order to combat corruption in procurement. Together with the speaker from the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Orenburg Region, the course participants reviewed the most frequent violations detected by the Federal Antimonopoly Service. In the course of an open dialogue, the participants of the course asked their questions to representatives of the State Institution "Center for Procurement Organization", as well as to the head of the Procurement Regulation Department of the Ministry of Economic Development, Natalia Gordeeva.

According to the results of the certification, the participants of the course were issued state-issued certificates of advanced training.
