The Orenburg region adopted a roadmap on investment climate

In the Orenburg region, a course has been taken to develop investment potential: the region plans to become one of the most comfortable regions for business in the country. The road map developed by the Orenburg Region Development Corporation became a program document for achieving this goal.

The roadmap includes 152 activities. Particular attention is paid to such areas as interaction with the business community, work on control and auditing activities, digitalization and the adoption of new regulations.

As already reported by RG, according to the results of the National rating of the state of the investment climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the Orenburg region is still ranked 51st. The plans for the near future are to enter the top 20 best.

“This is absolutely real,” Ignat Petukhov, General Director of the Orenburg Region Development Corporation, is convinced. - Among the leaders of the rating are such giants as Moscow, Tatarstan, the Tyumen region, which have invested in infrastructure for years, creating their attractiveness. But an honorable place along with them is occupied by small subjects - Smolensk, Tambov regions. The Governor gave the task to form a roadmap, within the framework of which project work will be planned with clear deadlines and responsible executors. For us, this roadmap is a flexible working tool. Every quarter we will modernize and improve it: because only in a lively dialogue between business, public organizations and government bodies will we be able to finally find the vector of development that we need. This dialogue is very important for all of us: if we keep silent about the existing problems, the situation will not change.
