Orenburg region proposed to extend the period of benefits for residents of PSEDA

31.03.2020 News

The number of residents of the two operating territories of advanced socio-economic development (PSEDA) Novotroitsk and Yasny operating in the Orenburg region has reached 14: two more companies have recently started working here. In order to more actively attract business to monotowns, the region proposed to extend the period of validity of tax incentives for residents.

In February, the commission for reviewing applications from applicants for preferential status unanimously approved proposals from two applicants. As a result, the register of residents of TASED Novotroitsk has grown to six: a project for the production of pallets for industrial equipment is starting in the city. According to Evgeny Koshkin, director of Paldon Service, the enterprise is ready to start work, an agreement has been signed for the supply of raw materials from Bashkiria. This will create dozens of new jobs.

As for the Yasny PSEDA, where until recently seven companies with preferential status operated, now this list has been replenished by the Exis enterprise. The company plans to implement a project to create a specialized organization in a monotown that will provide expertise and research services.

The authorities promise investors a “green light”.

“It is necessary to create such conditions in Yasnoye and Novotroitsk so that businesses go there themselves, so that residents can work as comfortably as possible,” said Ignat Petukhov, head of the Orenburg Region Development Corporation. - 111 PSEDA have been created on the territory of the Russian Federation - and we must be the most competitive so that entrepreneurs from other regions of the country choose us. Of course, the advantages provided by the territory of advanced development are often decisive for making a decision to open a business here. So, a big plus - benefits for social contributions to pension and insurance funds, which are provided to residents in the first years of work. Therefore, we must create conditions for these benefits to continue to operate in the future. We are actively defending our position in Moscow: we advocate that these measures can be prolonged. We are fighting for our residents, we want them to be as many as possible.

In addition, work is currently underway in the Orenburg region to create three industrial technoparks. For these purposes, more than a billion rubles of federal funds will be attracted within the framework of the national project "Support for Small and Medium Enterprises".
