Construction of a livestock complex. The volume of investments is over 2 billion rubles

Governor Denis Pasler held talks with Stefan Duerr, President of the EkoNiva agricultural holding.

We discussed the state and development prospects of the enterprises "Severnaya Niva" and "Organic".

Enterprises operating in the Northern District of the Orenburg Region are part of the EkoNiva agricultural holding and are its flagship projects in our region.

"Severnaya Niva" specializes in dairy farming and crop production. The enterprise owns or has a long-term lease of more than 29 thousand hectares of farmland. Now the winter crops are being harvested, and the farms of Severnaya Niva show a high yield - more than 53 centners per hectare.

"Organic" is engaged in the production of environmentally friendly beef using a unique technology for keeping and feeding animals.

The first dairy complex for 2,800 dairy cows was launched in August 2019. The project was implemented with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the financial participation of Rosselkhozbank. The volume of investments amounted to more than 2.8 billion rubles.

This year, it is planned to start construction of a second livestock complex in the village of Mordovo-Dobrino in the Northern District for more than 3.5 thousand heads of cattle.

As part of the implementation of the program "Integrated development of rural areas" in the coming years, it is planned to work on the development of social facilities in the villages of Mordovo-Dobrino and Kurskaya Vasilyevka of the Northern region.

This year, the district is undergoing overhaul of 16 km of the road that connects the villages of Secretarka and Dymka - this will improve the transport accessibility of enterprises for the employees of the complex.

As of August 1, 2020, Severnaya Niva LLC contains 5,624 head of cattle, including 2,834 dairy cows. Since the beginning of the year, 12.2 thousand tons of milk have been produced here.

In 2019, the enterprise produced 15.4 thousand tons of milk, the productivity was 9000 kg.

In LLC "Organic" there are 3,762 head of cattle, including 1,396 beef cows. The average daily weight gain of cattle for 7 months of this year amounted to 690 grams.
