The heads of Orenburg enterprises participating in the national project "Labor Productivity" are being trained

The heads of 22 enterprises of the Orenburg region – participants of the national project "Labor Productivity" were trained under the program "Productivity Leaders".

The opportunity to study for business representatives was provided by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia in partnership with the country's leading business schools. The program is designed to form a systematic approach to enterprise management for labor productivity growth in a turbulent market.

— Orenburg region is among the TOP 7 regions of Russia for the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity". Production processes at 33 enterprises have been improved. The economic effect has already exceeded 650 million rubles. Personal managerial competencies of managers have a serious impact on development. Therefore, it is important not only to optimize production directly, but also to train the management of enterprises. All participants of the national project have such an opportunity today," said Denis Pasler, Governor of the Orenburg Region.

The educational course provides top managers with expert knowledge in strategy, production and logistics, marketing and sales, and personnel management. Managers master the complex diagnostics of the enterprise in the context of the situation, learn to develop a roadmap for improving productivity with specific indicators, as well as manage employees at the stage of changes. The result of the training will be real projects designed to solve systemic problems in production and create conditions for business growth. All of them will be implemented by the authors at their enterprises.

In April, the heads of Profmetall and South Ural Plant of Magnesium Compounds will take part in the program from the Orenburg Region.

In total, in 2023, according to the national project "Labor Productivity", three training streams are planned for 450 participants from all over the country.

By the end of 2024, about 10 thousand senior and middle managers of manufacturing, agriculture, trade, transport and construction industries will be trained.
