Development of industrial parks in the Orenburg region

The Orenburg Region Development Corporation is working on a project to create new industrial parks in the Orenburg Region. So far there are only two of them in the region - "Downy Shawl" (Orenburg) and "Orenburg Minerals" (Clear) (already at the stage of approval).

The new parks will attract investors to the territory provided with production, administrative, warehouse and other premises and structures, provided with energy resources, engineering and transport infrastructure and administrative and legal conditions for the location of production.

KROO specialists held a video meeting with the leading industrial park “Alabuga-2. Petrochemistry "(Republic of Tatarstan). Colleagues shared their experience of creating an industrial park, attracting government support measures, practice of working with residents and future plans.

What is an industrial park? This is a complex of real estate objects managed by a single operator.

It includes:

• land plots with production, administrative, warehouse and other premises and structures,
• all of them are provided with energy resources, engineering and transport infrastructure and administrative and legal conditions for the location of production.

What opportunities do they provide for investors? First of all, all the necessary infrastructure is being created. All that a resident needs is to obtain a status and, on created comfortable conditions, place his production in the park.

At the moment, an analysis of locations is being carried out on the territory of the Orenburg Region, sites are being analyzed where a new industrial park could be located. The focus is on the PSEDA Yasny and Novotroitsk, as well as other industrial zones in the region.
