The South Ural plant of magnesium compounds joined the national project "Labor Productivity" in June 2022. During this time, the working group has carried out effective work to optimize the flow of "Production of epsomite – magnesium sulfate semivodny". The company's team, together with experts from the Regional Competence Center, managed to reduce the time of the process from 482 to 325 minutes, reduce the volume of work in progress in the flow from 23 to 13 tons, increase the total output per shift from 40 to 47 tons.
A capable team has been prepared at the enterprise to replicate the successful experience gained, a sample stream and a reference site with the entire set of working methods and tools of lean production have been created.
