Dairy "Beloe Ozero" expands the range of produced cheeses

Orenburg company "Beloe Ozero" has begun production of a new line of hard cheeses. For a full cycle of manufacturing such products, it will take from three months to two years.

- The technology has been developed, the quality is stable. We have already received a lot of positive feedback on our products. Cheese allows us to enter the federal market, since they have a long shelf life, - said the director of the enterprise Ruslan Sagitov.

Beloe Ozero is active in the market and implements many interesting projects. For example, the company recently sent its dairy products to Baikonur.
The company is currently looking for a brand face that would represent the cheeses of the White Lake at the federal level, as announced on social networks. Among the candidates are actress Larisa Guzeeva, singer Yura Shatunov, young talent Rutger Garecht.

The dairy plant "White Lake" was founded in 2013-2014. in the village of Kabankino, Saraktash district. The processing volume is 10-15 tons of milk per day. The product range includes milk, kefir, varenets, fermented baked milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, butter, and cheeses. Thanks to the launch of the cheese shop, the company plans to double its processing volumes.
