Metalloinvest, a leading manufacturer and supplier of iron ore products and hot briquetted iron in the world market, one of the regional producers of high-quality steel, is implementing a program to transform the area of maintenance and repair (MRO).

The main goals of the program are to increase the technical readiness of equipment, optimize service standards, increase the productivity of maintenance personnel, and optimize inventory. The transformation of MRO will cover all enterprises that make up the Company. The accumulated economic effect from the implementation of the planned actions by 2023 will amount to over 4 billion rubles.

Strategic decisions on the implementation of the program are made by the Management Board, which includes the CEO and top management of Metalloinvest Management Company, and managing directors of the Company's enterprises. The program management structure also includes an operations council, a permanent project office, project working groups, and enterprise management headquarters.
