Locomotive repair plant: course for development
According to the director, in 2020-2021 it is planned to increase working specialties by almost 500 people and by another 500 in 2022. Thus, by 2023, an increase in the number of employees is expected. This progress is due to the need to master new types of diesel locomotives and increase volumes.
- Today the Orenburg locomotive repair plant employs more than one and a half thousand people. The plant, which previously operated under the name "Diesel Locomotive Repair Plant", has a glorious 115-year history, - says Alexander Ryabukha.
- Both veterans and young people work here - whole dynasties. People are our pride. I would like to note that ORRZ is the oldest enterprise in Orenburg today with development potential. In 2019 alone, we paid 92.6 million rubles to the city budget. The employees of the enterprise are provided with social guarantees. The plant's contribution to the life of Orenburg and the region is not limited to paying taxes. For example, in preparation for the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Victory, a steam locomotive was repaired in the Victory Park of Orenburg with the help of the ORRZ.

Alexander Ryabukha graduated from the St. Petersburg Suvorov Military School in 1995, in 1999 he graduated from the Yaroslavl Higher Military Financial School named after General of the Army A. V. Khrulyov with a degree in Financial Support of Troops and Economy of Military Economy. In 2015, he graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in Municipal and State Administration.
Served in the armed forces, reserve captain. He worked in Moscow in executive positions. Since 2013, commercial director of the Orenburg locomotive repair plant - Zheldorremmash JSC. Member of the political council of the United Russia party in the Industrial District of Orenburg. Alexander Ryabukha is an active participant in the events held by the All-Russia People's Front of the Orenburg Region in the areas of "Honest and Effective Economy", "Society and Power". President of the Orenburg Regional Kyokushinkai Karate Federation.
