Preferential rural mortgage was issued by 771 Orenburg families

In the Orenburg region, the number of families who have taken out preferential rural mortgages under the state program "Comprehensive Development of Rural Areas" continues to grow. As of October 23, 771 loans worth more than 1.5 billion rubles were issued to residents of the region.

The regional Ministry of Agriculture reported that more than 2.09 thousand loans totaling over 4.4 billion rubles were approved. Most of all loans - 396 at a preferential rate - were issued by residents of the Orenburg region. Borrowers from Saraktashsky district - 27, Perevolotsky - 25, Buzuluk, Novoorsky and Tashlinsky - 24 each, Akbulaksky, Kurmanayevsky - 23 each, Buguruslansky - 22, Sakmarsky - 21, Novosergievsky - 20 are also actively involved in the acquisition of housing in the village.

By the way, rural mortgage is attractive because residents registered in urban areas can also use it. But the main condition for everyone is that housing should be built or purchased only in the countryside.

For Orenburg residents, various options for purchasing housing were provided. Among them, the purchase of a finished residential premises or a house with a land plot under a sale and purchase agreement. As well as the purchase of housing that is under construction, under an agreement for participation in shared construction, and others.

It is worth noting that during construction, the terms of the work contract should provide for the construction of a house within a period not exceeding 24 months from the date of the mortgage loan.
