"Capexes" to help the agrarians of the Orenburg region

A subsidy for reimbursement of direct costs for the construction of agricultural facilities (CAPEX) will be provided at the expense of the regional budget.

The procedure for granting subsidies was considered and approved at a meeting of the Government of the Orenburg Region.

These measures of state support are implemented in order to stimulate agricultural production, as well as to attract investments aimed at the development of domestic production.

As the First Vice Governor - First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture, Trade, Food and Processing Industry of the Orenburg Region Sergei Balykin noted, until this year, "capex" was provided at the expense of the federal budget for the construction and modernization of dairy complexes, potato and vegetable storage facilities , selection and seed production centers, greenhouse complexes.

Now, due to the demand and development in the field of beef cattle breeding, a subsidy will be provided at the expense of the regional budget to agricultural producers to create in the Orenburg region:

• dairy cattle breeding complexes (dairy farms) with a capacity of facilities from 200 to 1200 livestock stalls owned by recipients;
• meat cattle breeding complexes (meat farms) with a capacity of objects from 150 cattle stalls owned by recipients;
• sites for fattening young cattle with a capacity of objects from 300 stalls owned by recipients.

In addition, the subsidy will be provided for the development of design documentation, engineering surveys performed to prepare design documentation, expert examination of design documentation and the results of engineering surveys of facilities.

The amount of the subsidy to reimburse part of the direct costs incurred for the creation of agricultural facilities is 25 % actual costs, but not higher than the marginal cost of the facilities, for the development of project documentation, engineering surveys, expert examination of project documentation and engineering survey results - in the amount of 90 % costs, but not more than 5 % of the estimated cost of the project.

A total of 110 million rubles will be allocated for reimbursement from the budget.
